Ariel Toy Store uses various carriers to ensure your items are delivered on time. When your order is shipped, we choose the most suitable delivery method based on the package’s weight and destination.

We offer express shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 9-12 days.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing time includes the time required to produce the product.

Production time varies by product type. Standard products typically take 1-2 days to produce, while customized products take a bit longer, usually around 3-5 days. This production time is not included in the delivery time. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note: We cannot deliver to PO/BO BOX addresses or military addresses. Please provide a street address so your items can be delivered directly to your home.

Note: If your tracking information appears to be stuck on a certain date, please know this is normal as the package travels between countries. Once it arrives in the U.S., USPS will quickly deliver it to your doorstep!
